“Thrive Together” group sessions are a welcoming space designed to bring people together. We believe that education is the cornerstone of empowerment, enabling individuals to actively manage their well-being and make informed health decisions.

In our sessions, we aim to create a safe and nurturing environment where you can freely share your experiences, concerns, and stories. Connecting with others facing similar health challenges provides emotional support, reduces feelings of isolation, and alleviates anxiety and depression.

Our group discussions encourage peer learning, offering practical advice and tips gleaned from shared experiences. We believe that fostering a sense of community and belonging enhances overall well-being and mental health.

But here’s the best part – our sessions are relaxed and informal, emphasizing the importance of having a good time and having fun together. Anja and Tracey volunteer their time, without financial compensation. Any funds raised are used for a delightful gift distributed during a lottery at the end of each session.
